“Where I'm from 5 is the number of grace, goodness and favor. I am infinitely favored to have connected with Chelsie on this journey of life because what has been placed inside of her has been a blessing to me. I've attended 3 of the 5 conferences so far and every round goes higher and higher. I learn more in a Black SLP Magic conference than I do at my place of employment. Here is where medical backgrounds and education backgrounds meet and glean from one another. NO competition, all unity, all love. I have never left a conference not feeling empowered; as a Black woman operating in a space not created for me, as a pathologist, as a person. And let's get into how in a room full of professionals I didn't have to code switch not once ! I got to show up authentically and build connections I pray last a lifetime. Chelsie, you've done it again ! I see you sis.. I see you!“
